Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please provide proof of purchase to initiate the return process.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order for the item you want.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as personal care products, opened cosmetics, and items marked as final sale, are not eligible for returns.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
